Note: this version does not implement the latest disjoint forms extension (from the corresponding article).

To use FunctionalForms, make sure you have wxHaskell version 0.8 installed (it may also work with 0.9), and an appropriate version of GHC to compile this. Then download the source modules from this zip file and copy them to a convenient place. The module you have to import is called FForms (it also imports Graphics.UI.WX for you).
